It stretches from sea level in the tidal village of R\u00eda de Abres, to the highest peaks of Trabada at O Picato (743 m) or Cerroch\u00e1n (776 m). These two hills mark the highest points of the whole region.<\/p><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"fw-row\">\r\n\t<div class=\"fw-col-xs-12 grid-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/\/https:\/\/turismo.trabada.gal\/\/engl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/inmersion1.jpg\" alt=\"\/\/https:\/\/turismo.trabada.gal\/\/engl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/inmersion1.jpg\" \/><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"fw-row\">\r\n\t<div class=\"fw-col-xs-12 grid-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t<p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>The native woods and <i>fragas<\/i> of Trabada are natural environments of enormous ecological interest. Here you can see many species of flora and fauna. Some examples of these amazing <i>fragas<\/i> are \u201cFraga de Becerreira\u201d (Trabada, 100 hectares), \u201cFraga da Vilapena\u201d (Vilapena, 140 hectares), \u201cFraga de Cabanela\u201d (Vilaform\u00e1n 110 hectares) and \u201cFraga da Belosi\u00f1a\u201d (Trabada, 6 hectares).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"fw-row\">\r\n\t<div class=\"fw-col-xs-12 grid-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/\/https:\/\/turismo.trabada.gal\/\/engl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/imersion2.jpg\" alt=\"\/\/https:\/\/turismo.trabada.gal\/\/engl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/imersion2.jpg\" \/><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"fw-row\">\r\n\t<div class=\"fw-col-xs-12 grid-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t<p>The Way of Saint James is another activity of interest in Trabada, which has one of the sections of the old route. There are footpaths you can enjoy, and picnic areas where you can sit whilst admiring the nature. One of them is \u201cA Choza\u201d, located in R\u00eda de Abres.
